lol yes he can be very strong. I've learnt an emergency stop especially for him. He's usually pretty good but he hadn't been ridden for a couple of weeks when that video was taken and all he wanted to do was go fast. The good thing right now is that he is unfit so if he tries to run away he can go only go so far before he has to slow down haha
Ah I thought so. It's a tough time of year for working horses now and you are only new to him so you will get to know him better. The emergency stop is good to know!
Whee! That looks like fun. The only jumping type things I've done in the recent past are hops over logs, and I'm sure I look like I'm about to fall off. :o
Hello.this is the first time to visit your site. Nice jumping! I love horseback riding, but I can't do it now. You know, horseback riding is not popular in Japan. There is no horseback riding club around my home. Have fun with your horses! I'm happy if you link to my site. baratch's pet blog!
I'm not a natural rider and have to work hard at everything when it comes to riding. But that doesn't matter because I love it, and it is worth it when I'm flying through the air on my horse, or galloping along a sandy beach. My horse fufils me.
Jack is a 15.2hh, 10 year old, black thoroughbred gelding. He was 3 years old when he was rescued off the racetrack. Before I had the opportunity to buy him, Jack was showjumped at successfuly at 1.20m and did a few One Day Events. We met in Septemeber of last year and I immediately fell in love. Since then, we have competed our first Pre-Training together and my confindence has sky rocketed. He is my soul mate.
Height: 15.2hh Weight: 530kg Bit: 5.0 - Straight Bar Rubber Mouth Rug Size: 4'9 Special Skills: Neck Reining, Tight Corners, Finding mud puddles and rolling in them, Pooping more then the average horse Favourite Phase: Show Jumping Favourite Treats: Apples Favourite Spot: Wither or Tail
